• Buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham served on a bed of rocket salad and olive oil dressing
• Deep fried calamari served with tartar sauce
• Thinly sliced Scotch fillet of beef served with rocket salad and shaved Parmesan cheese

Pasta

• Homemade taglioni with speck (cured ham), mushrooms and truffle oil
• Pasta parcels filled with ricotta and spinach, broccoli, ham, in a creamy sauce
• Linguini with lobster in a light cherry tomato sauce, white wine, garlic and chilli

Pesce

• Whole or filleted grilled sea bass
• Mixed platter of grilled fish, served with rocket salad and shaved Parmesan cheese
• Pan-fried scallops wrapped in pancetta, served with taglioni (spicy!)

Carne

• Grilled and sliced Scotch fillet steak served on a bed of rocket salad and Parmesan cheese
